**The Role Scope**

✨Supervision of the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring high standards are delivered to all areas

✨Ensuring that staff are organised in their daily tasks and delegate duties accordingly

✨Fulfil basic line leader duties including employee return to work interviews, performance and wellbeing meetings

✨Clean designated areas to include main office, studios, communal areas, meeting rooms, toilets and wash areas as well as work stations / desks

✨Empty waste bins and receptacles and dispose of rubbish in accordance with Health & Safety policy and procedure

✨Ensure cleaning team always work to safety standards

✨Use cleaning chemicals/products safely as detailed by COSHH guidelines

✨Liaise with the Facilities Manager on any potential hazards or infringements of H&S, as well as on cleaning supplies and stock levels

✨Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean and maintained in safe working order

✨Undertake the role and responsibilities of Fire Marshal for the site
