Supplier Management Specialist

he ITSO (IT Services Operations) organisation manages and is accountable for the rapid delivery of the trustworthy, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructure services needed to support the technology critical for easyJet’s future growth plans and ambitions.
Within ITSO, the IT Supplier & Contract Management team has several responsibilities including definition and ownership of the IT Supplier Relationship Management framework, oversight of supplier management across the whole of IT, dealing with any supplier or internal escalations relating to the provision of services, cost reduction activities, procurement management for spends under £100,000 and budgetary preparation - working closely with Central Procurement, Legal, Finance and all IT teams.
The team includes both orchestration roles - in charge of bringing synergies and consistency between platforms and products (e.g., through the creation of frameworks) - and execution roles - in charge of consistently executing a framework within an assigned product or platform.
Supplier Management is a key function, ensuring services are provided on time, to the correct quality and cost. Frequent engagement is used to ensure services are delivered to contractual standards and there now exists a requirement to bring more of this activity under the control of the IT Supplier and Contract Management team.
We are looking to increase our team size to provide greater cover to take responsibility for all supplier management activity.

The Supplier Management Specialist is responsible for consistently implementing and delivering IT Supplier & Contract Management best practices within their assigned Platforms or Products, leveraging the processes, governance terms of reference, and tools created by the central IT Supplier & Contract Management team.
Primarily reporting to the Supplier Manager Lead, this role is responsible for:

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK
