We have a unique opportunity working for our well established client who due to continued growth and work loads are looking to recruit 3 Full time team members.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5pm - 2 days office based 3 days based at home ( Equipment will be provided )
- when on-site full parking available and working in state of the art offices.
To be a success in this role you will need to demonstrate enthusiasm for the companies core values and guiding principles
- Show a genuine interest in people
- Be open minded
- Develop meaningful conversations, be able to show empathy and be a good listener
- Show resilience and persistence in managing daily call volumes to perform tasks and achieve goals
- Have previous customer service experience
The role will be to contact a pre-determined list of clients by telephone to discuss their experiences regarding goods and services provided by our client and noting positive and negative feedback and taking appropriate action to reflect the feedback and tounderstand their level of service throughout the journey with our customer.
You will also need to maintain accurate records of progress and work to SLA's set by the Branch Development Operations Manager as well as making sure all job role activities are carried out in a manner consistent with the company values and making sure theISO procedures are being followed.
