Ave Maria Care Services is a Midlands based care provider currently experiencing a period of growth. Due to this we a looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to assist our areas of taking on packages clients across the region.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and will work as part of a highly efficient team to support and train/develop the Care Team ensuring the service is provided to a high standard.

**The duties of the role are, but not limited to**:

- To assist the Regional Manager in all aspects of taking on packages across all contracts this includes Staffordshire, Wolverhampton, Burton, Tamworth and Birmingham.
- To ensure all rotas are fully covered by the staff in area branches.
- To ensure that telephone are answered promptly and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner.
- To maintain confidentiality at all times and carry out the company’s confidentiality policy.
- To conduct Initial Assessments and pass it onto the suitable branch to draw up care plans and risk assessments as and when delegated by the Regional Manager.
- To ensure all rotas for new packages are completed sufficiently and on time via the appropriate system/s uses (people planner / Mobizio)
- To ensure all changes to rotas are clearly identified via the electronic monitoring systems.
- To represent the company in a professional manner at all times, on the telephone, face to face or in written communication.
- To participate in training and further development as required.
- Any other duties applicable to the post, as requested by management.

**Desired Qualifications.**
- NVQ Level 3 certificate (Essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
