An international business based in Edenbridge are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Customer Service/Logistics team on a temporary to permanent basis, as part of their large ongoing project. This is a mixed role where you will not only be maintainingthis project but fulfilling all aspects of Customer Service and Logistics tasks that come alongside it. The permanent salary for this role would be £23,000 per annum.

The hours would be Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:00 - 37.5 hours a week

Key Duties of the Project Coordinator:

- Process project related customer orders, as well as orders related to customer accounts involved within the project
- Accommodate for changes, additions and deletions
- Maintain and review customer scorecards
- Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints
- Packing finished goods post Final Inspection
- Arrange collection of goods with couriers
- Support the Customer Service and Logistics departments with administrative/ data entry tasks

Requirements of the Project Coordinator:

- Educated to Diploma/ Higher Education Standard or have relevant experience
- May be require to operate pallet jack
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy MS Excel in particular
