**Your Role as a Pharmacy Retail Co-Ordinator**:
In this dynamic position, you will:

- Oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to implement merchandising strategies and optimise product placement.
- Drive sales through effective promotions, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the retail space.
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as necessary, and mitigating loss.
- Train and support retail staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a retail management or co-ordinating role, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve sales goals and high customer service standards.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- An aptitude for merchandising and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and the capacity to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.

**Working Hours & Benefits**:
This is a full-time position, with flexible working hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.
