Russell Taylor Group requires a Tenant Liaison Officer within Lanarkshire

Duties will include:

- Monitoring day to day projects and meeting with residents to ensure their needs are met
- Providing full administrative support to the Operations team e.g., booking appointments for upcoming projects
- Responding to customer queries on planned and reinvestment works, liaising with internal teams as appropriate, anticipating problems and dealing with queries
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying shortfalls in service delivery, and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately and within a timely manner
- Handling complaints and resolving housing snagging issues

**Must have previous experience within a similar role**

**Own transport will be required**

**Permanent position - Monday to Friday**
