Estate Agency Sales Administrator/negotiator

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator/Negotiator, to join our busy, long-established, Bridgwater based, estate agency business.

Ideally, you will need to have been working within the industry for at least one year, be well-versed in all aspects of the role, including conducting viewings, sales progression and be IT literate. You will be self-motivated, organised, able to work as part of a team, as well as on your own.

You must own your own car and have a clean driving licence.

Salary and commission rates are dependant upon experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
