Are you a Probate & Estate Administration Solicitor 3+ years PQE or CILEX seeking a down-to-earth and friendly practice? If so, this reputable firm in Bridgwater would like to hear from you.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to independently manage a diverse caseload, which includes providing expert advice on Probate & Estate administration. Your responsibilities will also involve preparing trustees resolutions and deeds of appointment of funds, as well as maintaining close communication with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of professionalism and approachability, with a knack for fostering positive client relationships. Additionally, the ability to network effectively within the team to generate new business opportunities is highly valued.
