Head of People

I have an opportunity to recruit a Head of People.

You will report to the Group of Directors and business partner and brands leadership team. Leading a HR & Training Team of 3.

You will provide advice and services as a trusted partner to the business stakeholders on all things HR and Training.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will devise and deploy an innovative and contemporary human resources strategy and policy framework that enables the organization to meet its business objectives via a skilled and engaged workforce.
- You will take ownership of the development and successful deployment of best practice processes for recruiting and onboarding, training, development, employee relations and internal communications, recognizing and rewarding teams.
- You will have the ultimate responsibility for all people/HR-based activities within the group from both an operational and strategic perspective.
- Working effectively with the operations teams, you will ensure the needs of your stakeholders are met and that the HR function understand the business challenges.

Desirable experience
- Leading a team, introducing industry leading initiatives and programmes to position our brands as an employer of choice
- Building collaborative and trusting personal relationship with key stakeholders,
- Working with the operations teams to build organization and people capabilities, improving workforce profile to increase efficiencies for long term business growth
- Working with the operations and finance team on salary and benefits benchmarking exercises to establish and maintain a competitive reward structure.
- Coaching and provide guidance to Managers on managing performance issues at all levels, including performance coaching and Performance Improvement Plans, and providing support with staff exits when necessary
