Factory Manager

You will be responsible for the daily and strategic management and coordination of all plant operations, including production, engineering, logistics and quality control. Provide leadership to the facility, ensuring efficient communication between all departmentsand head-office. Ensure financial and budgetary controls are met. commercial teams and external customers and suppliers. Spearhead continuous improvement plans, implement change management initiatives and align the business to the company strategy.

- FMCG Experience essential Experience overseeing Engineering, Production and Logistics functions
- A history of product development
- Strong people management and customer focus skills
- Change management experience with tangible experience in overcoming challenges
- Education to degree level or higher
