**Part Time Receptionist **opportunity working for a **great employer** in **central Harrogate.**

**Role Details**:

- **£12/hour**:

- Part Time - Permanent, (Monday to Friday, 12pm - 4pm)**. **Flexibility needed to cover holiday.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, (pro rata)

**Job Role**:
The primary objectives of the part time receptionist are to deliver a great first impression and ongoing customer service to all visitors, reflective of core values. Continually look for ways to improve visitor experience and support all colleagues across the business.

Key duties include:

- Reception duties, including dealing with the mail and greeting any visitors to the offices.
- Answering the phone, taking messages and passing to the relevant parties.
- Taking responsibility for the answer machine noting any messages and passing to the relevant parties.
- Reception area and meeting rooms to be clean and tidy at all times.
- Greet clients, arrange refreshments and accompany them to the correct meeting room where required.
- Distribute named post direct to team handling. Any unnamed post to be checked against client database and distributed accordingly.
- Attach correspondence to back-office database where requested.
- Review the meeting diary to check for visitors to the office.
- Co-ordinate the meeting room bookings.
- Provide general office support including faxing, photocopying, filing, scanning, binding and preparing meeting documents.
- Ordering of all stationery/paper/business cards and water requirements.
- Preparing meeting rooms when requested with coffees & lunches for seminars, internal meetings and client meetings.
- Ordering of miscellaneous items.
- Daily office set up and closure.
- Travel and Accommodation booking.
- Car park and ticketing.

**Part Time Reception Specification**:
As well as having current/recent experience in a similar role, the ideal part time receptionist will:

- Have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Be honest, self-motivated, reliable.
- Be well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to communicate and articulate well both verbal and written.
- Be flexible, adaptable and professional in their approach to work.
