MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Communications Officer on a Temporary Basis based in East London for a fantastic Housing Association.

Purpose of post:
To Ensure necessary communications are made available on a timely basis and to a high standard to key internal and external stakeholders including staff, Board and committee members and residents', housing sector and the press. Facilitate a culture of good feedback and positive communication within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design via Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva printed materials of the Associations publications ensuring each piece of work adheres to our brand guidelines.
- Create digital assets including images, animations, and short films for our digital channels.
- Produce resources such as leaflets, newsletters, reports, and posters as needed by colleagues from across the Association with guidance from the EMT and relevant managers.
- Design, write, distribute, and track the success of our transformation to digital newsletters for various stakeholder groups via Mailchimp.
- Support the distribution and use of resources to enhance and police our brand such as templates for colleagues.
- Monitor the use of the brand and written style across the Association and offer colleagues support when required.
- Work with suppliers, such as: designers, printers, and photographers to produce professional and visually appealing publications and marketing materials.
