Meraki Talent are recruiting on behalf of an Edinburgh based Financial Services client who specialises in FinTech to appoint a Payroll Officer. The is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a hybrid working model and a salary of £23,000.
This role is ideal for ambitious and hard-working individuals looking for a rewarding a progressive career.
As a Payroll Officer you will provide administrative support to the wider payroll team. Specific duties will include but not limited to:

- Mailbox processing
- High volume payroll processing for multiple clients using SQL and PBS accord
- 3rd party pension income processing
- Producing p32s/p45s for clients & customers

To be suitable for this role you must:

- Have finance or payroll experience
- Be a confident communicator
- Have the ability to work alone and in a team
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to prioritise workload and multitask when necessary
- Have a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn

This is a great role for a junior payroll or finance assistant looking to take the next step in their career or for a recent graduate looking to kickstart a career within the financial services industry.
