Newly created position for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to join the established and successful head office of a national financial services business.

As the Payroll Administrator, you will provide payroll admin support Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. 7.5 hrs per day. The payroll is outsourced, so your role is to provide the necessary admin and reconciliation, including:

- **Preparation of fortnightly UK & Irish payrolls including reconciliation for sign off.**:

- **Preparation of UK Field, Support and Management payroll including reconciliation for sign off.**:

- **Yearend payroll reconciliations for Audit.**:

- **All payroll related balance sheet reconciliations for month end.**:

- **Third party and HMRC reconciliations.**:

- **Completion of DWP forms and responding to enquiries.**:

- **National statistic & Irish earnings reports.**:

- **Communication with workers with payroll enquiries**.
