A new opportunity has become available within a company providing cutting edge research within their sector. Working as a Customer Support Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive excellent end to end service while correspondingwith suppliers and couriers to ensure processes are conducted in the correct manner due to the nature of the product.

Duties of a Customer Support Administrator:

- Manage customer relations and customer satisfaction, dealing with all queries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with suppliers and couriers
- Provide and distribute quotations and samples.
- Create quarterly shipping reports.
- Support with stock control, goods inwards and packing and dispatch duties.
- Process sales and purchase orders.
- Coordinate shipments.
- Monitor CRM and Sales Ledger accounts, updating where required.
- Additional adhoc administration tasks.

You must:

- Have previous experience in a similar role.
- Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Understand the importance of team work while demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Display strong organisation skills and attention to detail in your role.
- Possess a 'can-do’ attitude, bringing motivation and enthusiasm to the team.
