**What you will be doing**:
Our Production Administrators are very important to the smooth running of the business. Their role is important to help ensure our customers receive their products, deal with any works orders from the shop floor and keep our systems update with stock intake.
- Develop and maintain office systems and paperwork
- Maintain and manage Works Orders, including booking in and stock adjustment.
- Maintain and replenish sufficient levels of stock to meet customer and branch demands, and take part in stock takes.
- Planning sales orders generated from the sales team into spreadsheets.
- Carry out general office duties

**What we are looking for**:
A great Production Administrator will put customer service above all else, work well in a team and be enthusiastic about the work they do. As a quick learner, you'll be flexible to work in different areas, take responsibility for the work you do and always show good attention to detail.
- Excellent administration skills, especially accuracy with figures, accurate data input, efficient filing systems
- Great ability in prioritising workload and managing your time effectively
- Computer literate
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability and willingness to learn and create new ways of working
