**Role** - Content Editor

**Salary** - £33,000 - £39,000 per annum

**Location** - London

Join our team as a Content Editor and take charge of crafting captivating content experiences across a dynamic array of digital and physical platforms. We're seeking a creative individual who can lead the charge in planning, designing, producing, and distributing content that resonates with both our B2C and B2B audiences.

As a Content Editor, you'll be at the forefront of our content creation efforts, collaborating closely with various teams including Marketing, Social Media, SEO, UX, Product, Engineering, and Data Science. Your role will involve developing and executing innovative content strategies that keep our digital and print publications on track, within budget, and at the highest standards of production quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take full ownership of flagship print products across Europe, overseeing content planning and execution on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage both B2C and B2B content requirements, overseeing delivery through in-house and freelance resources.
- Budget and commission freelance/user-generated content to support our content needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in our communication strategies with GenZ.
- Ensure all content meets the highest editorial standards, providing guidance and support where necessary.
- Plan and moderate podcasts and webinars, and assist in organizing relevant events.
- Support broader marketing efforts to expand our audience and strengthen our brand presence.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation in our content strategies.
- Analyse content performance to optimise engagement and ROI.

**What We're Looking for in a Content Editor**:

- A motivated self-starter with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Proven editorial experience, ideally in both digital and publishing environments.
- Strong understanding of Advice and Guidance principles.
- Exceptional journalistic judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and senior leaders.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a focus on meeting the needs of our GenZ audience.
- Proficiency in digital content management and multi-channel content strategies.
- Experience with SEO and behavioural analytics tools.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a knack for maintaining house styles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.

**Job Type** - Permanent
**Status** - Full-Time/ Hybrid / 2 days per week in the office
