Cutler Lobster & Steaks serves fresh seafood and shellfish along with the finest cuts of beef and is located in Giffnock. Our latest venture is a traditional Italian restaurant Luciano’s in Burnside offering traditional Italian dishes and authentic Italian style pizza and outstanding wine. The latest addition to our portfolio is Giovanni's Italian Kitchen in Hamilton.

We are seeking a dedicated **Part Time Cleaner** to work at our **Uddingston** restaurant **Cocktails & Steaks** for 2 hours a day, Friday - Monday 9am - 11am to keep the restaurant gleaming.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 8-10 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour (age dependant)

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Empty bins
- Clean and polish surfaces, windows, mirrors, and fixtures to maintain a sparkling appearance.
- Maintain and organise cleaning supplies, notifying management when restocking is required.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability are essential attributes we seek in our team members.
