We are looking for a Social value Co-ordinator to join our team at our Cleckheaton location, the Social value coordinator is the vital link between our projects and the wider community; we are looking for a Social Value Coordinator to drive our social value activity and maintain our social media communications.

As the Social Value Coordinator, you will lead in organising and delivering community projects and supporting the delivery of careers and skills programmes. You will also play a key role in supporting work experience placements to ensure they get the most from their time spent with us.

This position a new position for us and would suit someone with previous experience to help build and define the role. We’re looking for someone with the confidence to build networks and deliver training programmes to a group of people face-to-face and virtually.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with tenders by providing information on the proposed Social Value commitments
- Updating company LinkedIn and X accounts as and when required with Project and company updates.
- Reinforce delivery of a customer-first approach to social value planning and delivery across all our construction projects.
- Make sure as a team we meet and exceed project and group social value targets.
- Creating and monitoring Social Value trackers.
- Logging and submitting Social Value achievements to the Social Value Portal.
- Identify networking opportunities and play an active role in attending and presenting at an industry level to ensure we are seen to be market leaders.
- Deliver reports and case studies on social value activities

**Qualifications**:
This would suit a graduate with some work experience in a customer facing role, or someone with experience within construction or corporate social values looking to expand their experience.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
