**Role**:
We are recruiting for a Regional Head of Digital for Europe. Location is flexible.

The Regional Head of Digital (Europe) will work closely with Europe’s business development team, regional commercial leaders as well as the creative & content studios to champion and grow SGK’s digital marketing capabilities. The Digital Director applies a deep understanding of the Company's and the client's industry, business, and products and translates client needs into opportunities to sell additional digital solutions and drive revenue growth. Leveraging SGK’s global footprint and full-spectrum brand capabilities, you’ll support the strategy and execution to realise the company’s goal of becoming a leading digital asset producer, and to create digital-first brand experiences at the intersection of creativity, production, and technology. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to build the vision, strategy, and roadmap to innovate digital content creation at scale. This includes supporting current and long-range strategic plans and objectives; supporting the integration of our global digital team and capabilities; and creating thought leadership both to the market and within the company to create digital-first awareness and knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the foundation and growth of the digital content offering at SGK (UK and Europe), partnering with creative, commercial, and operations teams to connect and integrate the digital offering across the business regionally and in collaboration with global partners
- Be at the forefront of digital trends and developments, and create thought leadership both to the market and within the company to create digital-first awareness and knowledge
- Champion & Grow digital campaigns/projects across the business regionally.
- Address existing skills/talent gaps by establishing a framework for talent development for existing staff (in collaboration with HR) and/or forming strategic short/medium-term partnerships with external vendors
- Partner with business development teams to win new clients/projects for SGK
- Working with the wider Global team of SME’s and peers to progress SGK’s digital growth ambition

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Digital, Technology, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Digital consulting and client-side experience in digital marketing delivery (commerce and social) preferred, with a strong understanding of product development best practices, go-to-market needs, and productization of digital solutions at scale
- 8+ years progressive experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
- Ability to work well in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
