Removals Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our team.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and coordinating removal services
- Handling customer enquiries
- Processing and organising paperwork, such as daily task paperwork for crew and invoices
- Maintaining accurate records of removals services, including client information, inventory lists and storage logs
- Assisting with the coordination of logistics, such as coordinating with movers, drivers, and other businesses
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities, such as creating social media posts or preparing marketing materials
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
