About the job

As Senior Retail Marketing Executive you will be crucial in bringing our new brand vision to life.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:

- Creating and executing exciting activations to captivate and engage our customers
- Coordinating the launch of our new season collections
- Delivering a local retail marketing strategy in line with global guidelines and market needs
- Defining & delivering promotional strategies in alignment with Demand Planning & Controlling
- Defining & delivering priority store strategies across SR (Swarovski Retail) and National Key Accounts

- Proven experience in a similar marketing role
- Experience in leading external agencies, as well as stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication, planning and presentation skills

- Analytical mindset, innovative and creative approach, and can-do attitude
