We are looking for a **Trainee Retrofit and Air Pressure Test Surveyor **to join our forward thinking team.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Training towards becoming a fully accredited Air Pressure and Background Ventilation Surveyor and a Building Fabric Retrofit Surveyor. The role will entail travelling around beautiful Devon and Cornwall completing Air Pressure Tests and Building Fabric Surveys for our varied customer and client base. The housing stock is diverse and always interestingevery day will be different. You will be supplied with full training and the required accreditations, a van and all the necessary kit to fulfil the role. You will build and maintain great relationships with our customers and larger clients. You will be working closely with Dartmoor Energy’s Retrofit Coordinators and Designers whilst focusing on attention to detail and an overall holistic approach to Retrofit whilst conducting the surveys. Great options for progression within a growing and versatile company working in both the Government Grant and Able To Pay sectors. Potential progression will be marked out for you straight away and goals given for furthering your career within the company and associated pay rises. **Experience**:
Have a full, clean driving license.
Have use of a vehicle (company van will be provided in due course).
Technology focused
- able to learn new software and systems and provide feedback to our developers.
Used to working in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Experienced in customer facing communication and problem solving.
Comfortable with working both on the road and in our office in Kelly Bray.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 - £24,000.00 per year (increasing following successful training period to 25k-35k+)
