As a Solutions Architect you will help realise the benefits of these investments by taking a lead role and developing a good understanding of business goals, objectives and business outcomes, business capabilities, value streams and processes to help defineand deliver the future-state business capabilities through the right choice of technology solutions.
- Taking the lead role in the analysis of project requirements and the development of appropriate business and IT architectures
- Develop solution focused current and future state architecture and the production of roadmaps to detail the steps necessary to transition to the future state architecture in alignment with the solution design
- Act as technical authority over key business platforms and integrations, ensuring clear alignment to strategic business priorities, objectives, and outcomes
- Developing innovative methods for exploiting new and existing platform capabilities to maximise organisational performance
- Support the implementation and integration of third-party SaaS and PaaS solutions and private/public cloud hosted solutions
- Supporting the development and definition of IT standards and ensuring alignment with these as part of project delivery
- Providing projects with support and assurance to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead project architectural and design reviews, present solution options for approval to the Design Authority
- Identifying and reporting delivery issues and risks as appropriate and working to mitigate or minimise impacts
- Provide support in the creation/review of business cases for changes which require further investment
- Maintaining good relationship with project teams, internal and external customers and suppliers in order to ensure effective and efficient solutions are delivered
- Collaborate and contribute within the agile process and participate in associated meetings (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)

**Experience**
- Expreinece of leading successful project delivery in a large organisation as either a technical or solution architect
- Solid architecure experience working on solution design and systems integration
- Demonstratable expertise and experience in platform eco-system design and delivery, following best practices
- Salesforce CRM and CPQ platform
- Experience of development languages (e.g. JS*, C#, PHP, Angular)
- Security solutions and approaches for development, infrastructure and platform solutions
- Experience of system integration architecture, methods and design
