We have an exciting opportunity for a full time ‘hands on’ Cook for our Bar Lounge and Café situated in our country park feel holiday park located on the coast. This position has on-site accommodation.

The role is varied and your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Prepare, cook, and present good quality food
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- General kitchen paperwork and checklists
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Your qualities ideally
- Experience in a commercial kitchen
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate
- Strong cooking and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisation skills

You need to be flexible in your working hours, as it will include bank holidays and weekends. Rate of pay from £12.00 per hour depending on experience and skills.

This may suit a couple looking for seasonal work, where one is a cook and the other has transferable skills to be utilised elsewhere on the holiday park.
