Heating Supervisor

CTS is a fast growing company, we have recently gained a new contract and need to employ a new heating supervisor to join our team. We are looking for career-driven individuals that are enthusiastic about what they do and are not afraid of a challenge. A demanding position which requires an individual to work flexibly and travel across Northern Ireland and also use their own initiative in a fast-moving environment.
**About The Role**
- Supervision of an onsite social housing heating contract
- High level knowledge and experience in managing programming of engineers and subcontractors
- Good customer handling skills using all medium of communications
- Scheduling works daily via the company software system
- Uphold data protection policies
- Ensure all engineers workloads are completed daily and up to date
- Provide support to staff daily
- Ensuring all works are complete to the required contract conditions, performance specification, building regulations and manufacturers instructions
- Attending and preparing reports for monthly meetings
- Any additional duties required
**Health & Safety**:
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
- Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
- Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
- Observe & follow all manual handling practices
**Required Criteria**
- Domestic Gas/Oil Qualification
- 10 Years previous experience within the Heating Industry (Social Housing desirable)
- Valid CSR Card Full UK Driving License
