My clients debt collection staff are highly trained and experienced in the debt recovery industry. They know all the usual excuses to avoid or delay payment, and how to effectively overcome them. They are professional, polite and positive in their approachto debt recovery.

**Duties for the position of Debt Collection Specialist**:

- Making outbound calls to customers who are in debt with our clients with a view to making a one call resolution
- Taking payments over the telephone
- Dealing with inbound calls regarding overdue accounts
- To facilitate and negotiate a resolution for repayment of debts due

**Experience required for the position Debt Collection Specialist**:

- Previous knowledge of Credit Control or Debt Collection would be advantageous
- Must have an excellent telephone manner
- Great team player and used to working under pressure

**Working hours and Benefits package**:

- Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Performance based commission
