Hours: Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours per week

Reward: Up to £33k DOE

Start: ASAP

**Duties**:

- General admin support for the Business Tax team
- Preparing accounts, reports, new client documentation, engagement letters and general correspondence
- Document managing such as filing, scanning, archiving, binding, and photocopying in line with the PEM procedures.
- Taking messages and passing them onto the correct members of staff
- Liaise with HMRC when needed
- Process invoices and bill reports on the management system
- Diary management, organise events and meetings

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 3 years administration experience
- Experience working within Finance is desirable
- Good organisational skills
- Strong understanding of numbers
- Able to work under pressure
- Work well within a team
