**Partner Support Advisor (Admin & Order Capture) - Nisa**

We’re looking for a partner support advisor to join the admin and order capture team at Nisa and help us make sure we get all the right product orders to our retail partners. Since Nisa was acquired by Co-op in 2018, we’ve focused on combining the best of both businesses to offer something new to independent retailers and commercial wholesalers across the UK. More scale and better product ranges give Nisa partners a real competitive advantage.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our internal data bases, keeping our information up to date and accurate. We’ll rely on you to capture information, accurately record it and communicate it out, however is needed. It’ll be a pacey role, with lots to be on with, working as part of a supportive team. If you’ve got the motivation and the ability to collaborate and build great relationships, then we can offer you the opportunity to make a real impact across Nisa.

**What you’ll do**
- set up our retailers on the data base as well as keeping their account information up to date
- make sure all queries are handled within timeframes and service levels agreed
- make system changes and input data in a timely and accurate fashion
- communicate effectively to Nisa retailers and colleagues from all areas of the business
