**Equans is looking for a Building Fabric Supervisor to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary plus benefits package.**

**What will you deliver?**
- Reactive & PPM work as scheduled
- Looking after and making sure we are up to date with all statutory compliance
- Work closely with client and maintain an excellent relationship between Equans and our customer
- Carrying out surveys for compiling quotations for remedial works and small projects
- Supervise subcontractors on site and make sure work is done as per Equans health and safety standards
- Management of SHEQ requirements

**Who are we looking for?**
- Time Served Fabric Supervisor with a good spread of knowledge across all trades(multiskilled)
- Experience of working on railway sites
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in managing a team of engineers
- CCS & PTS
- Full clean UK driving licence
