We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Supervisor to join our team at Kennet Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality road surfacing solutions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with clients to build strong relationships and address project needs
  • Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues
  • Oversee monitoring programmes and set project goals
Requirements:
  • Experience in surfacing and asphalt is essential
  • Hold a valid CSCS card
