We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

As Operations Coordinator you will have an integral role within the Operations Team, assisting in day-to-day coordination of the businesses operational activities. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling business operations to meet customer expectations and achieve our company goals. You will also liaise with both the customer and Vital Power Ltd management team to ensure a successful service delivery.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To help schedule the diaries of our field-based engineering team
- To manage the data entry of our field management software (scheduling tool)
- To assist the operations team by helping to overcome any service delivery challenges
- To liaise with customers and suppliers (where necessary) to organise jobs and confirm working schedules
- To organise and file all relevant service documentation
- To help source and acquire goods, equipment, and services (of others) required to complete the necessary works
- To develop a good knowledge and understanding of the industry and our services
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of internal business processes to ensure that the service provided is always at the highest possible standard
- To focus on achieving individual and team objectives
- To work positively and communicate professionally across the team, providing an effective contribution to work tasks
- To manage your own personal development and provide opportunities for career development within the business

**Person Specification**
- Essential skills and experience: _
- Good level of general education
- Previous experience in a professional working environment
- Computer-literate and have experience of using Microsoft Office (predominantly Excel & Word)
- Have a high standard of spelling, grammar & punctuation
- Be able to plan and organise workload
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to solve problems
- Be eager to learn and develop & driven to succeed
- Be able to work as part of a team and independently
- Self-Motivated / Follows Initiative
- Positive & Enthusiastic
- Desirable skills and experience: _
- Current and valid UK driving licence

**What you can expect**
- Salary of £22,000 dependent on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Private Medical Insurance (after 12 months service)

**Next Steps**

The role is due to commence ASAP after the offer has been made, but we can be flexible with the start date depending on prior commitments.
