**The Role**

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Recruiter to join our Complex Care division on a full-time basis.You will be responsible for high volume recruiting of care workers to join our complex care services.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Including, but not limited to:

- To maintain a strong pipeline of new carers joining the business.
- Be engaging and motivating in selling the benefits of working for our company and promote the business.
- Undertake a consistent and rigorous interview process via online technology
- Responsible for attracting, interviewing and recruiting carers and co-ordinating induction training
- Reviewing and reporting on numbers of vacancies and successful interviews.
- Liaising with colleagues across multiple offices to ensure their requirements are met.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience of managing the full recruitment cycle within targeted timeframes
- Passionate about high quality care
- A resilient nature and able to remain cool under pressure
- A proactive outlook, not afraid to explore and suggest improvements to processes.
- A self-starter. Happy working both independently and as part of a team.
