Responsible to the finance director, this position would suit an indiviual who would work in the office for a minimum of three days per week.

**Responsibiities**:

- Maintenance of residents' fee accounts for The Manor House and Milsom House
- Reconciliation of purchase invoices to supplier statements.
- Keeping purchase invoice files in good order within the exisitng filing system
- Posting purchase invoices to the Sage 50 accounting system
- Maintenance of files relating to Local Authority and Lcooal Health Board remittance advices prior to updating residents fee acounts on Sage 50.

**Experience/Attributes Required**:
An accounting background which includes a knowledge of double entry bookkeeping.

Computer literacy (including current version Windows) and familiarity with internet use.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Therefore, an understanding of MS Word and in particular Excel are fundamental to the work involved.

**Qualifications**

Numeracy and literacy are essential and education to a graduate level is preferred, but not essential.

Some on the job training will be given and further relevant courses will be encouraged.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,507.00-£27,396.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
