Mental Health Legislation Caseworker

Nottinghamshire Healthcare is positive about providing integrated healthcare services, including mental health, learning disability and community health services. You will be expected to be flexible around working hours to meet the needs of the service. Training and development are available for all team members and is encouraged through the Knowledge Skills and Framework / PerformanceAppraisal and Development process. You will be part of the Mental Health Legislation Team and you will have responsibility for facilitating a time limited legal and administrative servicefor your own caseload and assisting with those of other Caseworkers as required.
You will liaise closely with other health and social careprofessionals and provide advice and support to Clinicians and Hospital Managers.
