**Position Overview**:
As a Fashion Production Intern at REBECCA TEMBO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our production team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of fashion production, from cutting orders to assisting on shoots.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cut and prepare fabrics according to customer orders
- Adapt and modifying patterns as needed
- Assist the design team with design development and fabric sourcing
- Contribute to the finishing touches of garments, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Hand-sewing tasks
- Provide on-set support during fashion shoots
- Assist with content creation
- Packaging orders
- High-quality sewing if needed

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant fashion program/degree
- Passion for fashion and a keen interest in learning about the production process
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
