**The Vacancy**

**The role**

Reporting to the Underwriting Team Leader, the key responsibilities and duties in the role are:

- Instructing and inputting valuation reports.
- Issuing mortgage offer letters
- Instructing solicitors, accepting and assessing requests for mortgage funds.
- Processing the release of mortgage funds and payment of invoices.
- Operating within agreed SLAs.
- Liaising with underwriters, mortgage advisers, solicitors and valuers effectively.

**About you**

This position will be considered either working full time or part time, job share would also be considered.
