**The Role**
Reporting to the Underwriting Team Leader, the key responsibilities and duties in the role are:
Underwriting Administration
- Instructing, following up and inputting mortgage valuations
- Instructing solicitors to act for the Society.
- Issuing mortgage offers
- Payment of invoices relating to new lending.
Completions Administration
- Processing and administration of Certificates of Titles and all necessary mortgage documents to support the completion of new mortgage accounts, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the release of completion funds, ensuring deadlines are met and funds reach the solicitor.
- Payment of introducer fees.
**About You**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Team Player
- Willingness to identify potential procedural and process improvements.
- Meet Society Training & Competency requirements on an ongoing basis.
This position will be considered either working full time or part time.
