**Ongoing Contract**

In this role you will prepare and provide documents to the customer in accordance with the terms of shipment and standard operation procedures

**Duties include**:

- Responsible for the execution of all export shipping documentation
- Ensure all documentation meets export regulations
- Arrange collection of export shipments with freight forwarders
- Process all export courier shipments via selected forwarders
- Produce labels and other related export documents for all domestics shipments
- Checking freight invoices to ensure charges are correct
- Organising import customs clearances
- Deal with daily queries from freight forwarders regarding export and import shipments

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Knowledge of exports and shipping is essential
- Knowledge of customs procedure codes and export licences, IPR and HMRC customer compliance desirable
- Know how in air and ocean logistics
- Well organised and great attention to detail
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
