We have an exciting opportunity to continue the development of our youth work delivery in Midsomer Norton. This post is to continue to develop and deliver high quality youth work in this geographical area, working closely with the Town Council. YCSW has an existing youth work team that delivers youth work in many different locations. This post will be part of this team.

The role involves developing programmes of youth work that meets the needs of the young people. Managing, developing, and supporting a small staff team along with volunteers. Leading on youth work sessions in all localities and managing the running of those sessions. The office base will be at Radstock Youth Centre.
