M2 Education is a leading education supply agency dedicated to providing schools with exceptional teaching and support staff. We currently have an ongoing need for **Early years Teaching Assistants** due to this years intake and more of a need for 1:1/small group support.

The roles we are recruiting for vary and are in Nursery-Year 1 classes. Please make us aware of relevant skills or previous experience working with early years children. Additionally, as an experienced Early years Educator for M2 Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development and well-being of children whilst maintaining professional relationships with staff, parents and ourselves.

Our current roles vary from Full time, Part time; Long term and short term

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications and experience in working within education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young learners
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the children
