Job Title: Qualified Early Years Bank Staff

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years professional to join our team as a Bank Staff Member. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your needs and availability.

About the Role

As a Bank Staff Member, you will be responsible for supporting our nursery teams in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with our experienced staff to ensure that children receive a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support nursery colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Engage children in entertaining and educational play and activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and happy environment
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
