We are private dental practice in Ramsey, Isle of Man only a short walk from shops.

We provide services which include General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Whitening, Dentures and Hygiene therapists with 5 surgeries.

Support of full time Practice Manager

**Hours**: Flexible - TBC

**Practice opening hours**

Monday - Thursday 8.30-5.30
Friday 8.30-4.30

**Location**: GroveMount Dental Practice - Ramsey - Isle of Man

**Key responsibilities & duties**

To assist patients in discussing their needs, treatment options available

Receptionist duties and ensuring smooth running of the practice

Banking duties such as cashing up.

Scheduling and managing the clinical diary

New patient registrations

Ensuring the reception and entrance area creates a welcoming environment for our patients
**Academic or trade qualifications**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of Pearl + Excel desirable but not essential
**Work experience and skills**

Previous dental reception experience desirable but not essential

Excellent administration skills and payment handling

Ability to work as part of a team

Proactive approach

Computer savvy and able to multitask

Create a positive and warm atmosphere with a great customer focus

Maintaining patient confidentiality
