Our **Sommeliers** are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining zuma’s high standards.

To be a successful zuma Sommelier you would bring a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, an extensive wine knowledge and a hunger to learn.

**The requirements**
- Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sommelier
- WSET Level 2 or above (desired)
- Sake knowledge/keen interest to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Great team player
- A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
