Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Fashion Sales Assistant to join our team. Within this role, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with sales activities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build a fantastic rapport with VIP clients
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Russian
- Previous experience working with a luxury fashion brand
- Previous experience handling VIP clientele
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required

We offer competitive pay, 2% commission on everything you sell and provide training to help you succeed in this role. If you are enthusiastic about sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with customers, we would love to hear from you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
