Whilst your primary focus will be to recruit Teachers and Teaching Assistants, we also specialise in Whole School Recruitment (non-classroom based roles) and many of our clients require REED to support with positions such as administrative staff, cleaners,caretakers, HR and finance.
- References - gaining information and obtaining employment references
- Documentation - obtaining evidence of their passport, driving licence, DBS etc
- Compliance - focussed on medical situation and availability for work
- CV - confident to write and produce CVs suitable for the education sector.

**The role;**
- Advertise vacancies, conduct virtual interviews and recruit teachers and support staff from the local area
- Work to targets in line with the company and local expectations, continue business growth
- Preparing CVs
- Deliver a high level of customer service to educators and ensure you complete tasks efficiently to a high standard
- 1:1 training, developed and presented by Reed’s Learning and Development team
- Opportunity to work from home up to 3 days a week under our Dynamic Working scheme
