**Customer Service Coordinator**

**Located in the Wolverhampton area**

**Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week**

**£21,697 per annum**

Do you have proven experience in a customer service role? Looking to take your career to the next step?
A great, permanent opportunity has become available to join my client in the Wolverhampton area. You will be joining a large department and you will be responsible for following a customer journey through and making it a great experience.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Entering accurate information into the company system- Sending paperwork to fitters for their upcoming planned appointments- Liasing with customers to schedule planned works and booking them in- Carrying out service calls to customers- Ensure that the customer receives an outstanding service and handling any sensitive situations that may arise- Must be able to follow a process through and ensure the customer has a positive experience- Able to work in a fast paced environment- Previous experience dealing with engineers would be highly advantageous- Must have experience in a customer service role, in an office environment, ideally from a business to customer- Must have excellent communication skills
