**Overview**:
Blossom is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Social Media and Face-to-Face Promoters. The Promoters will play a crucial role in raising awareness of the Blossom project, engaging with the community both online and in-person, and promoting our initiatives and events. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the community while gaining valuable experience in social media marketing and community engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase Blossom's online presence and engagement.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) including posts, stories, and multimedia content.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Act as a liaison between Blossom and the local community, fostering positive relationships and partnerships.
- Organize and attend community events, workshops, and meetings to promote Blossom's initiatives and projects.
- Conduct face-to-face outreach activities such as distributing flyers, posters, and promotional materials in target areas.
- Engage with community members in-person, answer questions, and provide information about Blossom's services and events.
- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and brochures for events and initiatives.
- Capture photos and videos at events and activities to share on social media and other marketing channels.
- Write compelling and engaging content for promotional materials, website updates, and newsletters.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with the Blossom team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on social media performance, community engagement activities, and outreach efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Experience in community engagement, outreach, or marketing is desirable.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the local community and its needs is a plus.

**Additional Information**:
