Roles and responsibilities
- Ensuring the yard is presentable.
- Re-arranging stock as required.
- Loading / unloading lorries.
- Ensuring goods out loads are loaded correctly and match delivery note for site
- Checking quality of goods in & out and reporting any issues
- Checking goods in against delivery notes and reporting any issues
- Stock control.
- Booking in and out consumables and site equipment.
- Holiday / sickness cover for Plasma machine
- Learning CAD / CNC Plasma / Welding
- Ensuring the store is kept tidy
- Assisting fabricators where needed
- Replenishing of fabricators gas bottles and consumables when needed

Person specification
- Must have a valid full UK licence due to our remote location
- Good communication
- Self-motivated
- Organised team player with a positive outlook and proactive and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Honesty & integrity
- Demonstrates a flexible approach to work that is focused on getting the job done
- Effective time management
- Forklift licence would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

45 hours per week

7am - 4:30pm

Monday - Friday

22 days holiday per year + bank holidays ( holiday increases with service)

Hourly rate negotiable for the right person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
